In October and November 2024, Disaronno Ingredients launched a nationwide event tour, with 10 stops across Italy, aimed at engaging 200 gelato shops and over 300 artisanal gelato professionals. The goal was to introduce the updated tools offered by Disaronno Ingredients for creating vegan and lactose-free products.

During the events in various host cities (including Messina, Napoli, Firenze, Viareggio, Pescara e Canicattì), professionals had the opportunity to attend practical demonstrations on the use of innovative ingredients from Disaronno Ingredients, developed specifically to meet emerging trends in artisan gelato, particularly for vegan and lactose-free options.

Disaronno Ingredients aims to provide its customers with concrete strategies and solutions to expand their offerings to end consumers in an inclusive way, keeping up with market demands that increasingly prioritize products catering to different dietary needs, without ever compromising on taste and quality.

In addition to the practical demonstrations, Disaronno Ingredients included a training program on point-of-sale marketing and communication management as part of the tour, to support customers not only in gelato preparation but also in promoting it. Through dedicated workshops, experts from the Disaronno Ingredients team delved into techniques for positioning and enhancing products in the store, offering comprehensive support through all stages, from preparation to sale.

The “VEGAN & LACTOSE FREE” tour is a concrete demonstration of Disaronno Ingredients‘ ongoing commitment to the growth and renewal of Italian artisan gelato, not only by offering a wide range of excellent products but also by sharing valuable expertise to enhance and promote artisan gelato.
